    How do you get a replacement annual pass holder magnet if you didn’t get it

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Christie! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

    There are so many things to love about being part of the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family. First and foremost, we get to spend lots of time at our favorite place! But I also love some of the great perks of being an Annual Passholder, like discounts on select dining and merch, the Mickey Monitor newsletter, special events, and of course, the very popular Annual Passholder magnet in more designs than you can shake a magic wand at! My refrigerator is covered with those magnets, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

    I'm so sorry you didn't receive the latest magnet design, Christie. It did seem to take a little longer to get ours this time around, too. I'd try reaching out to the awesome Cast Members at V.I.PASSHOLDER Support. You'll find an email address and contact phone number near the bottom of the Annual Passholder Program page here on the Walt Disney World website. They are there just to help Annual Passholders like you and me!
