    How do I replace the mickey icon with a favorite character for my family

    Hi Charles. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    Changing the icon on your My Disney Experience account is super easy. My daughter changes hers frequently but I've pretty much been stuck on Minnie Mouse since day 1. She's my go-to girl. 

    Here's how you can pick out your favorite character icon from your desktop computer:
    1. Log in to your My Disney Experience account 
    2. Toward the top right hand corner you should see a Mickey icon with a circle around it and the words, "MyDisneyExperience" - hover your cursor on that. This will drop down a new menu
    3. Under your name you'll see the words "Profile" in blue. Click on that
    4. At the top of this new page you'll see your full name and the text "Change Character" - click on that
    5. From there you'll find all of the different character icons to choose from. Select one and then scroll to the bottom and select "Done". This will save your new settings. 
    Also, you can change your character icon via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Here's how:
    1. Open up the My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smartphone
    2. On the bottom right hand side of the screen you'll see three lines in a row, click that. 
    3. Scroll down to where it says "My Profile" and click that 
    4. At the top of your screen you'll see your full name and the blue text saying "Change Character" - click that
    5. Select your favorite character icon
