    how can we replace your lost passes

    Hello Deborah!  Sorry to hear about your lost tickets, but have no fear.  Upon arrival at your resort or at any of the parks, proceed to Guest Services.  Cast Members will be able to help you retrieve your information and provide you with new passes.  You may also call Ticket Services at (407)566-4985 and they will be able to offer you some additional advice concerning your lost passes.
