how do i replace the batteries in my magic bands?

Hello Linda and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an interesting question about MagicBands
I love my own collection of MagicBands from past stays at Walt Disney World Resort and have them proudly displayed in my kitchen where they make for a fun conversational piece!  On my next visit I can't wait to check out the new millennial pink MagicBand 2 offering as featured in this recent Disney Parks Blog article, I think it'll make a great companion to the super popular rose gold Mouse Ears
In my own experience of reusing older MagicBands I've never yet incurred any issues with failing batteries and to the best of my present knowledge I don't believe it is possible to actually replace a part in non-functional MagicBand.
To further aid your planning towards a visit to Walt Disney World Resort that is practically perfect in every way I thought you may also find these Frequently Asked Questions - MagicBands to be an extra useful resource.
    Have a great Disney day.
