My Disney Experience is flexible and can easily be altered when traveling parties change throughout the years.
In order to
remove someone from your My Family & Friends list, you'll want to follow these steps:
1. View your "My Family & Friends" list on the drop down menu while logged in to My Disney Experience
2. Locate the person you wish to remove and click "Update."
3. You will see a page with information about this person. Now press "Remove."
4. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to remove this person. Press "Remove" one more time.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to delete anyone with active plans in My Disney Experience - including
MagicBands or tickets that are still set as "Active." Once you remove or delete someone from your Family & Friends list, you cannot undo this action. However, if you remove a person who has a separate My Disney Experience account, you can request to
reconnect them to your Friends & Family list should anything change in the future.
If you encounter any problems trying to edit your My Family & Friends list, I recommend calling (407) 939-4357, and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you.
