We are renting a scooter for my dad when we are at Disney, I guess I am just wanting to make sure that there won't be a problem getting on/off the transportation that is provided between the parks. And if you think there might be, what that might be?

    Hi Erin!

Hakuna Matata - no worries!  The transportation drivers are EXPERTS when it comes to loading and unloading folks in wheelchairs/Electronic Convenience Vehicles from the buses, monorails and boats.  Guests traveling in scooters will be allowed to enter the bus first and a ramp is lowered and the guest just drives right onboard.  The scooter is then secured in place, with or without the rider.  Family members are also allowed to board with that guest.  The only downside is that they are last to exit, in order to avoid the rush of crowds leaving.  Have a wonderful vacation and don't forget to charge those batteries at night!!!

    Much pixie dust,
