Howdy, Brooklynn!
A warm welcome to planDisney and thanks for galloping over with your question. It sounds like you're planning to spend some time in the great outdoors with a stay at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground - I'm happy to lend a helping hand!
Brooklynn, the
Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort only accommodate one RV per campsite. However, some larger campsite types do offer additional space for extra cowpokes in tents! Both the Full Hook-Up Campsites and the Preferred Campsites allow for one RV and one tent. The Tent or Pop-Up Campsites allow for a pop-up camper or camper van plus up to two tents on the same site. For a group utilizing a small travel trailer and a pop-up camper, I recommend booking two Preferred Campsites. The Preferred Campsites will give you a prime location within the campground and provide all the comforts of a full hook-up! Once you've confirmed your reservations, I encourage you to call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line and politely request that your sites are located near one another. Though site and room requests are never guaranteed, it never hurts to ask!
During your stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, be sure to swing by
Tri-Circle-D Ranch. These stables were recently reimagined and the beautiful new "Neigh"-borhood is open to the public for viewing. If there are little buckaroos in your group, they can even enjoy a
Pony Ride for a small fee! During the evenings, mosey on over to the lakeshore to enjoy the whimsical symphonies of the
Electrical Water Pageant.
Brooklynn, I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan a magical visit to
Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any more questions about your upcoming visit, please feel free to
reach out to me directly and I'd be happy to help. You've got a friend in me!
Happy Trails,
Lauren
