I will be renting an EVC from an outside source. I can do a limited amount of walking so I wonder if I can leave the EVC at the park bus stops while we return to the resort for an afternoon nap, then pick it up in the same place when we return to the park.

An afternoon nap is a perfect way to recoup after a busy morning touring Walt Disney World Resort! My family likes to get an early start to our days when visiting, and we often take advantage of returning to our resort room for some afternoon downtime. It sounds like you have the same plan. The bus stop areas are not designed as a place for parking Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV). It would be best to keep the ECV with you and take it to your room during your afternoon breaks. You can use this time to charge the battery so you will be able to return to the theme parks ready to experience more magical memories with your family.
