We will be renting a car and going to the beach for a couple days when we first arrive in Florida. We plan to return the rental car at MCO and then head to our resort. Can we still use Magical Express even though we aren't actually flying in that day?

    Hi Jodi,

Glad you stopped by today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Just a few more weeks until your magical vacation starts. Are you ready to enjoy Spring at Walt Disney World Resort?

Disney's Magical Express is one of the major benefits for Disney Resort Hotel Guests, giving you complimentary motorcoach transportation to and from your Resort Hotel and Orlando International Airport. Even though you are flying in earlier, you could certainly use this service on your Check-In day.

Now, most car rental companies in the state of Florida do not charge a fee to drop off your car at a different location as long as it is within the state. And did you know you that you can pick up or drop off a rental right inside the Resort? Both Alamo Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental offer car rentals at the Car Care Center. They even offer complimentary shuttle service to and from your Resort Hotel. Additional rental locations are located near Disney Springs and they are only a short taxi cab or Uber/Lyft ride away.

One last tip: if for some reason you couldn't find that special dining reservation, keep checking! Many Guests change their plans at the last minute. See you real soon!
