Hi Christopher! Welcome back to planDisney, and thanks for floating another great question our way. I'm happy to assist you today.
My family and I just returned from a wonderful end-of-summer getaway to
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Our stay was practically perfect in every way, and we look forward to returning someday to this little slice of pioneer paradise. I hope you get the chance to enjoy a waterside meal at
Geyser Point Bar & Grill. The grilled portobello salad is the stuff veggie dreams are made of, and the bison cheeseburger is perfect for any hungry carnivores in your crew.
A few steps away from the
Copper Creek Springs Pool and Fire Rock Geyser, you'll find the
resort water launch dock on Bay Lake. The Red Flag route runs between Disney's Wilderness Lodge and the Magic Kingdom Park. While some of the watercraft on this route are
ECV accessible (look for the semi-enclosed cruisers), some are not (these are the completely open-air launches). Watercraft access also varies depending on existing water levels and conditions, so be sure to check with a Cast Member at the dock for information and assistance. All Walt Disney World buses accommodate ECVs, and motorcoach transportation is also available from your resort to the
Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope your family has a wonderful vacation this fall. Be sure to review the
Know Before You Go pages for the latest information about returning to a world of magic, and if there is anything else we can help with before your adventure begins, please stop by and see us again.
Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
Betsy
