What are the rental strollers like? Comfortable worth renting or bring my own?

    Hi Ann-Marie,

The rental strollers at Walt Disney World are made of a hard, plastic material.  They are very easy to push and maneuver around the parks.  In fact, they give most high-end jogging strollers a run for their money in this capacity.  Even with two older (i.e., heavier) children, you won't have trouble pushing them.  They also turn incredibly well.  However, because they are plastic, some kids find the seats to be hard as compared with their at-home (cushioned) models.  You can remedy this by placing a towel on the seats.  If you have a very young child (especially one who you anticipate will nap in the stroller, I would recommend bringing along your own set of wheels.  The Disney strollers do not recline, and make napping difficult.  However, if you have older kids, who no longer use a stroller at home, and are simply renting to alleviate some of the walking around the parks, the rentals are a great choice.

    Have a magical trip!

    Tanya

P.S. Just a quick note:  The rentals have limited storage space, so if this is a concern, you might consider your own stroller.
