    Can I rent a wheelchair

Hello and welcome to planDisney Cynthia!

You can certainly rent a wheelchair while you enjoy the theme parks, the water parks, and Disney Springs! You can pay a daily fee or purchase a length of stay (multi-day) pass, which I highly recommend if you plan to enjoy the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs for more than one day. What that means is when you arrive, you will show your receipt, and the cast member will provide you with a wheelchair to use while you are in that park. Once it is time to leave, you will return the wheelchair. Please note that if you rent from The Walt Disney World Water Parks and Disney Springs, a refundable deposit is required, so keep that in mind.

If you need a wheelchair at your resort or to get around outside the parks, you can call ScooterBug at (800) 726-8284 to rent a wheelchair from them. I have utilized their services before, and the entire process was easy. They deliver and pick up from your resort when you are done.

We are here if you have additional questions!

    Have a magical day!
