Can you rent walkie talkies or do you have other suggestions to keep kids from getting lost. Will have an 8 and 9 year olds

    Hi Brenda,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. There many apps that tracks people by their cellphones. I don't know if your kids have one. We use Life 360, excellent app. You should put some identification on your kids clothes with a safety pin. Put the name of the  resort, who to call and any other relative info about your kids. You can find at Etsy, Ebay and even at Amazon, identification bracelet for their wrists too. Another great thing to do is determine a place to go in case someone gets lost of the rest of the group, after you guys enter the park and see the map, show to your kids where to go in that case. I usually say to go to the First Aid. Instruct your kids to show their identification to a Cast Member and to stay calm. Another great suggestion is to use bright colors on them or matching shirts, it's going to be easy to spot them and to describe them. You will not need any of this, everything is going to be alright, but those safety measurements make us feel more relaxed and able to enjoy better our vacation. If you want, you can use walkie talkies that you have to bring with you. But, honestly, they loose them at the restrooms and at the attractions too. Did not worked for my family.

    Have a blast at WDW!
