Hello friend! Welcome to planDisney!
I am sure you eagerly await your visit to
The Most Magical Place On Earth. With so much to see, do, and experience, from visiting the four Theme Parks to
Enchanting Extras and delicious dining, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories!
When visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, you are offered the convenience of
renting both wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) at each of the Theme Parks. These rentals are available on a daily basis, are first-come, first-served, and you’ll need to return them before leaving the park each day. The main difference between wheelchairs and ECVs/scooters is that you can rent wheelchairs for the length of your stay, whereas ECVs/scooters can only be rented one day at a time. If you need an ECV/scooter from your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel to the parks and back or to hop from one park to another, I'd consider renting from Disney’s Featured Provider (found at the bottom of the
ECV renal page). This company can deliver two ECVs directly to your resort upon your arrival, allowing you to use them throughout your stay, including on resort transportation.
While exploring the parks, be sure to check out some fantastic dining, drinking, and snacking options! Some must-have Disney snacks include the iconic Mickey-shaped pretzels, Mickey-shaped ice creams, or a refreshing
DOLE Whip. Some of my favorite locations for a cocktail include the
Enchanted Rose at
Disney's Grand Floridian and
Banana Cabana Pool Bar at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. And for memorable meals, you can’t go wrong with a reservation at
Be Our Guest Restaurant,
California Grill during
Happily Ever After, or eating and drinking around Epcot’s World Showcase.
Let me know if you have any more questions or need additional help planning your Disney World vacation. I’d be happy to help make your trip as magical and memorable as possible!
See you real soon!
