Hi there, Emily!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, fellow Texan! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I love visiting the theme parks during the fall season and the special fall decorations throughout the Magic Kingdom are always fun to see! Will you be getting a ticket for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?!? If you are on the fence about it, I highly recommend doing so!
Strollers are available to rent at the theme parks and you can rent them either by the day, but you can get a reduced daily rate if you book it for the entire length of your stay. Currently the pricing for a single stroller rental is $15/day or $13/day for more than one day. Double strollers are currently $31/day or $27/day for more than one day. Please be aware that these are not the typical jogging stroller that you may be used to, and they must be returned before you leave the theme park. If you plan on visiting more than one theme park in one day, you will need to pick up another one at the second park when you arrive as the strollers cannot be taken from park to park. There are some outside companies that do rent jogging strollers and they will even deliver them to your hotel so they are there when you arrive!
Even though my boys don’t ride in a stroller on a regular basis any longer, I still always make sure to have a stroller for the length of my stay because at the end of full day of fun, the LAST thing I want to do is carry tired boys back to our hotel. Plus, when they aren’t riding in it, I use it to store souvenirs or snacks!
Have the most magical of vacations, Emily!
Stephanie
