Let's help you get all the info you need to secure your rental stroller in advance so that you can start the fun from the moment you arrive.
You've already discovered that ScooterBug is a great place to
rent a stroller for the length of your stay. The company is Disney's featured provider of both rental strollers and mobility devices. The good news is that ScooterBug will drop off and pick up your stroller at Bell Services at your resort. You don't have to be present.
I haven't rented a stroller from ScooterBug, but I have used the company for mobility devices, and it worked perfectly for me. When you complete the rental agreement online, you choose what time you want to pick up your stroller at
Bell Services, as early as 8 am. There's no need to wait until your check-in time.
In fact, you can make your stop at Bell Services do double duty. Drop your luggage and pick up your stroller all in a few minutes. Then you can hop on a bus or the Skyliner from the
Caribbean Beach Resort and be on your way to a day in the parks.
Most of the time, you can roll the stroller straight onto the
Skyliner, monorail and a majority of the water transportation. But you will need to fold it to board a bus and keep it folded during the trip.
So here's a tip: It's much easier and less hectic if you keep all your stray items -- snacks, ponchos, drinks, souvenirs, etc. -- in one or two tote bags in your stroller basket so that they can be removed quickly.
