Welcome to planDisney, Gayla!
The Most Magical Place on Earth makes wishes come true for people of all ages. Having a couple of young children of my own, a stroller is essential. Not only does it give the little Mouseketeers a place to rest (and possibly nap, fingers-crossed!), but it's a great place to store your belongings.
Gayla, strollers rented from Walt Disney World cannot be removed from the parks, I'm afraid. Therefore, you won't be able to have it delivered to your Disney Resort.
Renting a stroller is really simple. You can rent one near the front of all four theme parks (you can also rent one at
Disney Springs) once the park opens. At this time, you can't reserve a stroller in advance. Even though availability is limited, there are lots to go around and so I doubt you'll have any trouble.
And here's some good news: you can even purchase a
Length of Stay Rental for the number of days that you plan on being in the theme parks. This will actually save you money over the daily rate. You'll just need to show your receipt on any subsequent days.
Another option is to rent a stroller from an outside company. There are several companies that deliver strollers to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. For example, ScootBug is an official Disney Featured Provider and will drop off and pick up strollers at your hotel. You don't even need to be present!
One last tip: check out the
Baby Care Centers in each of the theme parks. These are super convenient places to change diapers, feed the kids, or even just take a break from all the noise and stimulation.
Have a magical trip, Gayla!
