Yes, you absolutely can
rent a scooter, also known as Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs), for the day at any of the four Disney Theme Parks. I've linked some information for you above. Please be aware that supplies are limited on a first come, first served basis. Since advance reservations for these rentals aren't available, the best way to make sure you are able to secure your device is by arriving at the park of your choosing as early as you can.
Wheelchairs are available for rent as well. In my experience, wheelchairs are less limited, so it's nice to know you'll likely have options.
If you need a scooter for your entire trip, many Guests rent from outside companies, some of which will deliver to your hotel. I'd start with a quick internet search and carefully read reviews if I needed to rent for my entire trip.
Did you know you'll be visiting during
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival? It will be in full bloom during your trip, and many festival activities are included with your admission to EPCOT. I hope you'll make time to stroll through the park, taking in all the
beautiful topiaries. Or maybe you'll want to attend one of the
Garden Rocks Concert Series shows. I can never resist trying some of the food and beverage items at the
Outdoor Kitchens. If you're on the
Disney Dining Plan, your snack credits can be used for many of the offerings.
