Can I rent multiple rooms at a time for our trip with my DVC points? Is there a limit to specific room types you can book at 1 time?

Welcome Home, Stacey! It's so great to see you at planDisney - we're so glad you decided to be our guest. Disney Vacation Club is one of my very favorite topics, and I'll be happy to help with your question so you can get busy planning your next magical adventure. Let's get right to it!

One of the aspects of DVC that was really appealing to us when were considering Membership was the ability to use Vacation Points flexibly, rather than being locked into the same week or accommodations every year. We've used our points for travel to all sorts of Disney destinations, including Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, and it's a breeze to research and book a dream vacation either online or with a friendly assist from Member Services. I'm currently planning our first stay at the new Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, which will be opening its doors next month!

Stacey, I'm happy to report that you can book as many studios or villas as your points balance will allow for your upcoming trip - there is no limit for a particular type of accommodation. Each one will need to be booked as a separate transaction, so you may want to call Member Services to help you make all of the reservations you're hoping for. You can also add a request to all of the reservations if you would like them to be located close to each other. While this isn't guaranteed, in my experience we've usually had good luck when traveling with a group!

Don't forget that you can bank and borrow Vacation Points to use toward the reservations to give you a larger pool of points to draw from. I keep this handy banking deadlines chart bookmarked so I can make sure I don't miss out on using every last one of my points!

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, and that you're able to find the accommodations to make your trip a practically perfect one!  Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Stacey - please come see us again anytime if we can help with other questions to maximize your Membership magic.

    Stay Magical!
