    If you rent a golf cart at fort wilderness how long does the battery charge last? Assumming you charge it each night will it hold it's charge all day with out recharging?

    Hi Holly! Our family loves renting the golf carts at Fort Wilderness for our vacations in the cabins. Since my husband and I come with our motor coach now we even bought our own cart to use during our stay. It is such a nice way to get around and enjoy the fun and activities.

    The carts will easily hold their charge for 24 hours or even longer. But I strongly suggest you do charge it when not in use. If you do not charge them overnight you will start to see a slow down in the speed it can go. I have never had a cart that completely stops due to lack of charge so they will last longer then you probably think. But it can get frustrating when your cart is passed up by everyone else because you forgot to plug it in the night before!
