    Hello- can you rent electric scooters at each theme park, for those that can’t walk much? Thanks so much!

    Hi there, Whitney! Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question! 

    A “scooter” or electric conveyance vehicle (ECV) is a great option for Guests with mobility issues visiting Walt Disney World. These can easily be rented within the Theme Parks, Water Parks, and at Disney Springs! Even Guests that don’t usually use an ECV will benefit from one given how many steps are taken in a usual Disney day! 

    ECVs are allowed on many attractions, but some require transfer out. These attractions are outlined on the Walt Disney World website, so you can be prepared for your adventures! Plus, if you need, you can pursue obtaining a Disability Access Pass, which makes it possible to wait for attractions not in a queue, in a way that may be more comfortable and safe for all your Guests!
