    Can you still rent an ECV outside of the Lime Garage entrance?

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Dustin, you’re as welcome as can be to planDisney! I absolutely love visiting Disney Springs, and I’m excited for your upcoming visit there, too! From fabulous shopping, to delicious cuisine, to enchanting entertainment, there's truly something for everyone.

    ECV rentals are currently available at Disney Springs, and can be found at Sundries, located next to the Town Center bus loop. I checked this helpful Disney Springs map, and found that Sundries is located between the Orange and Lime Garages, but is a bit closer to Orange Garage. Keep in mind that designated parking for Guests with disabilities is available in all parking lots and garages, though a valid disability parking permit is required. 

    Also, ECVs can’t be removed from the destination where they were rented, so you’ll simply return the ECV to the rental counter at Sundries to have your deposit returned. For more information, please feel free to contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.

    Another option is to rent an ECV from ScooterBug, which is a local Disney Featured Provider. You can even have an ECV delivered to your Disney Resort hotel as a length-of-stay rental, if you prefer! For more information about ScooterBug, you may call (800) 726-8284, or visit ScooterBug online.
