Hey there, Ellen! Welcome to planDisney where the only thing we love more than talking about the Disney Resort Hotels is visiting them!
Ellen, my family and I stayed at
Disney's Old Key West Resort just last summer and felt like the calming atmosphere of this property was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. From the
Gurgling Suitcase where we often ordered pool snacks to
Olivia's Cafe and its famous fried chicken, there are great options here for grabbing a bite to eat!
Now, Ellen, since you're traveling with a little Mousekeeter, let's talk about how to make sure he or she sleeps like royalty. I'm happy to report that
complimentary cribs and Pack ‘n Play® playards are available upon request. Ellen, while my kids have outgrown this stage, I traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort with both of them as infants and each time requested a playpen. You may do so upon check-in, but as many guests are taking advantage of
online check-in, I recommend calling into the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line a few days before your arrival and asking the Cast Member to note your request on your reservation. If you would prefer a larger crib, please indicate that as well (
just keep in mind quantities may be limited).
Ellen, I hope this helps as you are dreaming about your Magical vacation. Your question brought back fond memories of introducing my kids to all four theme parks and reveling in their reactions when we experienced attractions with them like the
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros at EPCOT. Whatever attractions you choose to enjoy, I offer you best wishes for a trip that will overflow with smiles, giggles and unforgettable moments.
