    We want to rent a car from the car care center. Am I correct that they will pick us up at the resort and drop us back off when we return the car?

    Hi Heidi!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    We always use a rental car for our Walt Disney World holidays and love having the choice of using the various options of Disney transport or driving our own car to the theme parks or to another Resort hotel for a dinner reservation.  The Car Care Center at Walt Disney World is perfect for any guests who do not wish to collect a rental car at the airport, or for those who only want to use a car for a few days of their stay.  The pickup service is so convenient - they will collect you from your Resort hotel, and also drive you back to your hotel after you have returned your car at the end of your rental period.  To arrange this service, call the Car Care Center direct on (407) 824-0976 and as this is subject to availability I would recommend you call them as soon as possible after you have checked-in to your hotel.  It is also worth knowing that Walt Disney World Resort Transportation is a complimentary service offered to Resort guests and can take you from your Disney Resort hotel to all the theme parks and water parks and Disney Springs, so if you want to sit back and let someone else do the driving, you have another option available for you!
