Can we rent a car from Alamo at the Tampa airport, and drop it off (turn in) at the Alamo WDW Dolphin hotel when we arrive in WDW for 3 nights? Want to use WDW transportation to get around durning our stay, and to the Orlando ariport the day we leave.

    Hi Bryan,

Thanks for writing.  I've done exactly what you are suggesting several times.  I have family in the Tampa area (I actually live there myself now), but have flown into Tampa International, rented a car and then returned it at the Dolphin or the rental car area at the Disney Car Care Center (near the Magic Kingdom) on my way home, when I flew out of Orlando International. You are welcome to use Disney transportation to travel to and from the theme parks and other resort areas once you check in at the either the Dolphin or your Disney Resort.  (It's not clear from your question where you are staying.) If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you'll be able to get Magical Express back to Orlando International airport. The Swan and Dolphin are on Disney property, but not owned by Disney, and, therefore do not participate in Magical Express. If you are staying here, you'll need to get your own transportation to the airport. The front desk can arrange a shuttle or taxi back to Orlando International. Have a magical trip!
