Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Shari. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
I, too, am a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. I've been one for years and years and absolutely love the program. Getting to visit the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks pretty much anytime I can make it down there is so much fun plus the extra perks like discounts on dining and merchandise can't be beaten. I'm a fan for life.
Shari, when you
renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass it stays active for the next full year from your original expiration date. It isn't a new annual pass, just a continuation of the one you already have. You'll notice a new expiration date in your MyDisneyExperience account, it will look pretty similar to the one you are showing right now but it will have a 2023 ending instead.
You are able to renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass 60 days prior to your expiration date or up to 30 days after. You are able to renew at any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks or at Guest Services at Disney Springs. Since you aren't visiting until November, you'll also be able to renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass online which is super convenient. Lastly, if you'd like to speak with a Cast Member about your passes you can also call 407-WDW-PASS and someone will be available to help you that way.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion, Shari. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
