As you know, Disneyland Resort Annual Passports that were valid as of March 14, 2020 may be eligible for a refund because of the sunsetting of the Annual Passholder program earlier this year. The amount you might receive is based on factors like how much you paid toward your Passport and when it was activated.
Guests who purchased a Passport with a credit card (with or without other forms of payment), were issued refunds to the credit card used. Since you mentioned that you paid in full with gift cards, your refund should be issued by check and mailed to the billing address you gave at the time of Passport purchase or renewal. If you haven’t received your check yet and would like to check on the status of your refund, please call (714) 781-7277 to confirm your contact information with a Cast Member.
