Hi there, Timani, and welcome to planDisney!
Congrats on another year of being a part of the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family. Another 365 days of magical memory making—and this year is a leap year! So, let’s get into how you can get a physical key to this thrilling, pixie-dusted kingdom.
First things first, your
My Disney Experience App on your mobile device has everything you need for your visits. From your annual pass information to park maps to queue wait times, the app has it all. You can also scan a
MagicBand+ device or an Apple Watch (connected to your digital wallet) to enter the theme parks. I totally understand wanting to have a physical card though. It definitely comes in handy when taking advantage of
Annual Passholder discounts and perks while at the Disney Parks.
Your card from your previous Disney Pixie Dust Pass term won’t work anymore, so if you do want a new physical card, visit any ticketing window at the four theme parks. You can also visit the parks’ Guest Relations building or the Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs. The Ticket Center is my favorite because it tends to have a shorter queue.
By the way, thank you for this reminder! I just renewed my older Mouseketeer’s annual pass. We mostly use our digital options to enter the theme park, but in case I would have randomly taken out my son’s physical card this weekend, we definitely would have gotten the blue (no-go) light at the Mickey-shaped turnstile.
Timani, if you have any other questions about your many upcoming visits to The Most Magical Place on Earth,
revisit us here at planDisney. Happy planning!
Magic always,
LeAndra
