Hi there, Suzette!
I love it when a fellow Floridian stops by planDisney. I am more than happy to share information with you about our Happy Place, Walt Disney World Resort. Let’s dive into what your
Water Park and Sports Option includes and when you can use it.
If you have a Walt Disney World annual pass, even the
Disney Pixie Dust Pass, with a Water Park and Sports Option, you are free to visit the Disney Water Parks as you please. Woohoo! Although you may have many blockout dates (all weekends and other random weekdays), there are absolutely no blockout dates for the opened water park. Keep in mind that this doesn’t include separately ticketed events like
Disney H2O Glow After Hours parties at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Speaking of the totally rad Typhoon Lagoon, only one Disney Water Park is open at any given time. So, once Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park reopens, then you’ll have access to that park as well.
Also, did you know that the Water Park and Sports Option also includes the Disney mini golf courses, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, and FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. Some of these have limits in which you may visit without paying for separate admission. For instance, the miniature golf courses include only one round of golf before 4 p.m.
Suzette, I just know that you’re going to have the best year ever! There’s always something new to explore at Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions,
revisit us here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
