As Legacy Passholder, I was saddened by the news that our beloved Annual Passport program will be sunsetting. But I am excited about the new membership offerings that will be introduced in the future.
As you may already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passports if you are entitled to one. You will receive a refund in the form of payment used to make the purchase. If the applicable refund is unable to be returned to the original form of payment, a check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of the Annual Passport sale or renewal. You mentioned you renewed your Annual Passport during the closure, so I recommend contacting Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast Member will confirm your contact and refund information and assist with the refund. For additional information, please visit

Also, the Disneyland Resort recently introduced a new way to validate and process your applicable Legacy Passholder discounts based on Passport type when shopping or dining at select locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. If you previously linked your Annual Passport to your Disneyland account,
a new digital discount ticket will automatically be linked to your account via the
Disneyland mobile app. When you’re ready to make an eligible purchase, simply open the app, tap “Tickets and Passes,” and present your barcode along with your Passport and valid photo ID. If your digital discount ticket has not been automatically linked to your Disneyland account, Passholder Member Services would be happy to assist you further.
