planDisney. I’m glad to hear you decided to renew your
Magic Key, and I hope you’re excited to embark on another year of pixie-dusted theme park visits at the
Disneyland Resort!
If for some reason your Magic Key is no longer linked to your MyDisney account, you can try to link it via the
Disneyland mobile app so you’ll be able to make
theme park reservations. After launching the app, tap the three stacked lines near the bottom right of the screen, and then select the “My Tickets & Passes” section. Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner and use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add your pass. Lastly, either scan your barcode with your smartphone’s camera or manually type in the pass ID number. If you’re unable to link your pass or it is still not visible in your app after following these steps, please call the Magic Key holder helpline at (714) 781-7277 to receive assistance from a Cast Member.
