    We have renewed our pass holder passes. Are we supposed to be able to get a free magic band when we renew? If so we didn't get ours. Is there a way to get these now? Thanks!

    Hi there, Richard! Welcome to planDisney! I'm always happy to meet a fellow Floridian. And you're a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, too? You're definitely my kind of people!

    Congratulations on renewing your Annual Passes! I'm so excited for you to have another year of Disney magic ahead. There are some great perks to being an Annual Passholder, including the ability to order select MagicBands for free! But you do have to go online and place an order for your bands, so I'll walk you through the process here.

    Okay, let's start by going to the Walt Disney World website and logging in to your My Disney Experience account, and then following these steps:

     - Look for the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar, just below the search box.
     - Hover your mouse over that to bring up a drop-down menu.
     - Select "My MagicBands and Cards."
     - Scroll down until you see the round "PASSHOLDER" logo with Mickey's adorable face on it.
     - Click on "Edit Order," then select a Guest to customize a MagicBand for them.

    When you get to this point, you'll see lots of different colors and styles of MagicBands available. As you pass your mouse over each one, you should notice that the prices of the bands vary from no charge, to $5, $10, $15, or $20. This is your chance to get a great deal on a premium band if you'd like something special! Otherwise, you will have the option to order certain solid colors like gray, green, blue, pink, red, purple, yellow, and orange at no extra charge.

    After you've chosen your band, you can customize it, and then move on to the next Guest. Then, you'll finish your order and enter shipping information. At this time, Disney doesn't have a way to pick up our MagicBands in person, but rest assured they'll be loaded up on a magic carpet and sent your way very soon!

    And that's it! You'll be sporting your Annual Passholder MagicBands before you know it!
