Congratulations on renewing your
Magic Key! I’m sorry your account is not reflecting the current expiration date for your renewed Magic Key. If you received a confirmation email stating you renewed the Key, then it may just be the
Disneyland app or
website that is slow in updating. I suggest you give it a few days to reflect the correct updated expiration date for your Magic Key.
If there is still an issue with your account reflecting the correct expiration date in the upcoming few days, I suggest speaking with a friendly Cast Member on the
Magic Key Holders line, just in case there was any concern with updating your Magic Key. Be sure to have your confirmation email on hand in case the Cast Member may need the confirmation number. The Cast Members are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (hours subject to change) and will happily assist with figuring out the correct expiration date!
