I renewed my magic key and made a park reservation and the reservation is gone and I planned this trip almost two months ago and now I’m panicking because I have people who bought tickets to go with me and a non refundable hotel room. I need help

Hello there, Myranda! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney to send us your message about your upcoming visit.

Oh boy! I am sorry to hear you are worried about your planned visit and your reservation that seems to have gone missing. Unfortunately, our magic wands here at planDisney don't reach as far as issues like this since we don't have access to accounts and information like that. The theme park reservations should still be linked to your account unless you canceled them. If you have checked your "Future Plans" in the Disneyland app and still don't see anything, you will need to reach out to the Magic Key phone line to see if they can look into your account and see anything.

Meanwhile, I would continue to check the Magic Key Availability Calendar frequently to see if any reservations pop back up for the date you are looking for. I have had luck getting reservations for booked days late the night before, so don't give up hope yet!

On your next visit, be sure to head towards the promenade near "it's a small world". There you may find Ariel and some of her thingamabobs as the parks celebrate the release of The Little Mermaid.

Myranda, thanks again for stopping by. I really hope you are able to get a reservation and have a magical visit with friends.

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
