Disney Annual Passholders has been a great investment for our family since we travel to Walt Disney World so frequently. There are also many great perks that come with being a pass holder, and I would like to share a few with you. Let’s see what we can do about answering your question.
I’m so sorry to hear that you have not received your annual passholder magnet. I know that we love getting ours in the mail every year and proudly display it. There could be any number of reasons that you might not have received yours previously. The first thing I would check is to log into your My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World website and go to your profile. Here, you should see a button labeled Manage My Disney Account. Click on it and scroll to the bottom to verify that your mailing address is correct. If this is correct, the next step is to call the
Annual Passholders hotline to see if they can assist you further. Hopefully, a friendly cast member can sprinkle a little pixie dust your way and get your Annual Passholder magnet shipped out.
If you have not already done so, be sure to check out the passholder BUZZ section of the My Disney Experience app for the latest passholder news and information. In fact, the latest passholder magnet was just announced, featuring characters from Toy Story, and will be available May 1st.
