We renewed our Gold Annual Passes. Thanks to Mobile Magic, the passes are now in our Apple Wallets. Will this enable me to directly enter the park upon arrival, or do I still need to report to Guest Services to activate the passes? Thanks, and have a Magic

Hi there, Jennifer! Welcome back to planDisney! It's always great to see our old friends again. Let's plan your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Congratulations on renewing your Gold Annual Passes! We recently renewed as well, and I just love being part of the Annual Passholder family. Since you've added your Annual Passes to your Apple Wallets using the new Disney MagicMobile service, you can use it just as you would a MagicBand, so you should be able to use your phones to enter the theme parks before picking up your Annual Pass cards. However, you do need your new cards to take advantage of some of your Annual Passholder benefits, so you'll need to stop by Guest Relations and pick them up at some point during your trip.

With the 50th Anniversary just around the corner, it's a great year to be a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! I can't wait to see what surprises are in store during The World's Most Magical Celebration!

I hope this helps you plan lots of Disney fun in the days to come, Jennifer. Please come see us again real soon!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
