Happy to be helping a fellow Annual Passholder! I I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties ordering your Passholder Magicbands on your
My Disney Experience Account. Here's what you need to do. When you log in to your account (on your computer), on the top are several options. When you hover the mouse over the "My Disney Experience" tab, a drop down option will open, under "My Account", select "Magicbands and Cards". A new window should open and you should be able to see the "Magicband Order" for your Passholder Magicbands. If you do not see this option, I would strongly recommend that you contact Guest Services at 1-407-939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member that can walk you through the process of fixing your account. They will be able to log in to your account and check out what the issues are.
