I just renewed our annual passes for Walt Disney World and was wondering if we will need to stop at the desk again to show proof for residency? I know we had to for our first use last year, but I wasn't sure if I needed to bring that again this time.

    Hi, Heidi!

Congratulations on renewing your Walt Disney World Annual Pass! As a fellow annual passholder, I know how exciting it is to be able to visit often and enjoy even more of all that the Walt Disney World has to offer. I was not asked to show proof of residency when I renewed my pass, but I went ahead and called guest services for you and they confirmed that when you renew, the pass is ready to go and you do not need to stop by guest services again.

I hope you have a wonderful time on your next visit! And don’t forget to make the most out of your annual pass by enjoying all the wonderful benefits that come with it! Right now, to commemorate the Walt Disney World Resort's 45th anniversary, there is a 20% off discount on select merchandise and dining locations throughout the resort. Not a bad deal, huh?!

Have a magical day and I hope to see you back again soon!
