Hi Julie,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow member of the
Annual Passholder family!
Well, let's see. There could be a few reasons that you are unable to make those
Disney Park Pass system reservations. First, make sure that you have
linked your renewed passes in
My Disney Experience. Second, check to see how many park pass reservations you currently have. If you do not have a resort hotel reservation during the dates of your visit, the system will currently limit you to no more than three separate park pass reservations on a rolling basis.
If your Annual Pass is linked correctly and you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay for the dates of your visit, you should be able to make park pass reservations for the length of stay unless your Annual Pass is subject to
Blackout Dates. Check the
theme park availability calendar to make sure that there is theme park availability for the dates you plan to visit. I just checked and it looks like there is availability for Annual Passholders on those dates!
If you do not have a resort hotel reservation, then check to see if you have other park pass reservations that are not attached to resort hotel stays. If you do, then you may not be able to make additional park pass reservations for all of the days of your April trip given the three-day limit for Annual Passholders without resort hotel stays. If you still have difficulty making those park pass reservations, contact a Cast Member at 407-939-4357.
Julie, I had some trouble make park pass reservations one day even after trying to resolve the problem online. Thankfully, a Cast Member was able to help. Also periodically check the
Annual Pass updates for details since policies and procedures could change. Sending a little park pass pixie dust your way trusting that you will get those reservations made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
