    Just renewed our annual passes. Can we order new MagicBands, or do we have to go the parks first as we did when we first got them?

    Hi Kelly,

    I just renewed our annual passes as well, and I'm excited for yet another year of Walt Disney World fun. Within a day or so of my renewal, I signed into my My Disney Experience account and was able to customize my new MagicBands under the MagicBands and Cards section.

    Mine are already on their way to my house in Florida. Because you live in Canada, unfortunately, your cannot be shipped to your home, but they should be waiting for you when you arrive on your next Walt Disney World vacation.
