Hi, Donald! Welcome to planDisney!
Congratulations on renewing your
Walt Disney World Annual Passes! With so many new levels and features to learn about, we Passholders definitely have to stay on our toes. Let's see if we can help you make those all-important theme park reservations!
The first thing we should check is whether or not you've already made
Disney Park Pass reservations for days leading up to your expiration. I'm thinking you most likely have the Disney Incredi-Pass, which allows you to make and hold up to 5 reservations at a time. If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you're allowed to make theme park reservations for the duration of your stay, in addition to your Annual Pass allotment.
If you haven't reached your maximum number of Disney Park Pass reservations, let's go into your My Disney Experience account and check your Annual Passes. I think it's easiest to see on the
mobile app, so grab your phone and let's take a look.
In the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then on "Tickets and Passes" on the next page. You should see a box for each ticket or Annual Pass associated with your account. Double check your expiration dates to see if the renewal is showing up there. If you're seeing the new expiration date, you should be able to make reservations for your future dates. I have seen some other Passholders report that they're given an option to choose either their current Annual Pass or the renewed one when making Disney Park Pass reservations. If you've verified that your renewed passes are on your account, you can check for that option.
If all else fails, you can reach out to
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support and a Cast Member will be happy to help.
Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, Donald! I wish you a year of nothing but Disney magic!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
