Hi Lindcy, and thanks for reaching out to us here at planDisney!
I'm really sorry to hear you've had some trouble locating your renewed
Disneyland Magic Key Pass. That sounds frustrating, especially since you're ready to plan your next day in the 'Happiest Place on Earth!' I have a couple of suggestions for you to try.
First, make sure that you are logged in to the same Disney account under which your original Magic Key Pass was registered. Hopefully, this was the same account under which you made your most recent Magic Key purchase, too. If this was part of the mix-up, you may need to call the
Magic Key Holder line to get some troubleshooting assistance from a Cast Member.
Then, I would suggest ensuring that you have the most updated version of the official
Disneyland mobile app. Once you log in, you may find that any registered Magic Key Passes or tickets have already been linked to your app. Or, you can link them yourself by clicking the (≡) button on the home screen and tapping "Tickets and Passes." On that page, you'll see a (+) where you can scan a barcode or manually enter the ticket ID. However, since you said you couldn't locate your confirmation email to find the Magic Key Pass ID, you may want to try searching your spam or junk mail folders as some email filters can keep them from getting to you!
If you're still running into some roadblocks, it would be best to call
Guest Services and speak with a Cast Member about your specific circumstances. Occasionally, they can use your full name, email address, and some other details to help look up any account history. It might also be helpful if you have the date of the purchase on hand - the more information you have to share with them, the more helpful they can be!
I hope these issues get resolved quickly for you, Lindcy, and that you are able to unlock a year of wonder as a Magic Key Holder once again! If we can be helpful in any other way, please reach out to
planDisney again!
