Hiya there, Grace! Welcome to planDisney!
What a perfect time to renew your son's
Annual Pass! As part of the Annual Passholder community, I'd like to say that I'm glad you're staying with us for another magical year. We are seeing so many Guest favorites return to the Walt Disney World Resort lately, so it will be extra special for your son to continue visiting to experience all the fun! Don't miss the
Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade, my favorite new addition to
Magic Kingdom Park and the return of the crowd-pleasing
Festival of Fantasy Parade!
Grace, there are a couple of ways to renew Annual Passes. In my opinion, the easiest way is to
renew online. Once you follow the link to renew online and sign in to your My Disney Experience account, you will see which Annual Passes associated with your account are eligible to renew. To be eligible, you must be within 60 days in advance of the expiration date on the pass or within 30 days past the expiration date.
If you'd prefer, you can also renew an Annual Pass at the ticket window before visiting a theme park or at the
Guest Relations location at
Disney Springs. I find this helpful if you have any additional questions or Guest services needs. I renewed my Annual Pass through Guest Relations at Disney Springs last summer, as I needed to get one for my newly-turned 3-year-old, too. It was quick and easy and my husband and kids got to enjoy a
Sprinkles cupcake while I handled business!
Finally, you can renew your pass with a Cast Member over the phone at (407) 560-PASS. If you have any trouble renewing online and don't have a trip planned to Walt Disney World shortly, this will be the way to go!
I hope this helps, Grace! Congratulations on another magical year at the Walt Disney World Resort for your son!
Cheers,
Ashley
