    How do I renew my families pass online?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about Walt Disney World Resort annual pass renewals.

    Roslyn, it is easy to renew your Walt Disney World Resort annual passes online. You can do so by visiting the “Renew your Annual Passes” page. This page will show you the passes available for renewal in your account, as well as a link to add an additional annual pass to your My Disney Experience account.

    Walt Disney World Resort annual passes are eligible for renewal 60 days prior and up to 30 days after their expiration date. As a reminder, you are also able to renew your annual passes at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or Disney Springs Guest Relations location. Also, you can renew your annual passes over the phone by dialing (407) 560-7277 and speaking to a friendly Cast Member.

    Please note: If you are renewing through the Monthly Payment Program for Florida Residents, you will not be able to renew your annual pass via phone. You will need to renew your pass online or in person at Walt Disney World Resort.
