First off, I’m so glad to hEAR that you’re a
Magic Key holder! As a fellow Magic Key holder, I’m so thankful to have a Key to the magic all year long!
It looks like you probably sent your question in while new Magic Key sales were in progress, which created a very busy queue for both new sales and for current Magic Key holders trying to renew their Keys. Now that new Magic Key sales have been paused again, the queue won’t be quite so busy. In fact, I just checked, and was able to get into the renewal page within seconds of signing in – yay! I hope you’re able to complete your Believe Key renewal soon so you can be on your way to another year of magic as soon as possible, Emily!
In case you need a refresher, here’s the process for renewing your Magic Key: As long as you’re within 30 days of your Magic Key’s expiration date, you can go ahead and navigate to
Disneyland.com/renew to begin the renewal process. You’ll be prompted to sign into your Disney account, and then you’ll be directed to the renewal page. There, you’ll see your Magic Key, and you'll have the chance to upgrade or downgrade to a different pass type, subject to pass availability. Simply complete your transaction, and just like that, you’re all set!
