    Nicole from CA Asked

Can I renew my annual passport that I was paying for monthly so it is still active when the park reopens?

    Hey Nicole!

Thanks for the question and welcome to planDisney

As a Disneyland Resort Passholder on the monthly payment plan, your monthly payments were paused beginning on March 14, 2020. There is no need to renew at this time. But, you do have the option to call Annual Passport Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277) to have your Annual Passport payments resume when the theme parks reopen. If you decide to opt-in to this option, your Annual Passport expiration date will be adjusted accordingly. If  you did not arrange to have your payments resume with theme park reopening, your Annual Passport will expire on your usual expiration date.

And, don't be alarmed if your Annual Passport disappears from your Disneyland App. After a Passport has reached its expiration date, it is automatically removed. But, once the theme park reopening date is announced and your new expiration date is determined, you should see the Passport reappear on your account. If it does not automatically show up, simply add it back to your account using the number below the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card.
