As you’ve heard,
Magic Key pass renewals are opening once again, and I couldn’t be more excited! I just renewed my Key last week, so I’d be happy to walk you through the process.
Magic Key passes are currently eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date. So, if your Magic Key falls within that window, then you may be eligible to renew your Magic Key. If you’re unsure of your expiration date, you can check it by pulling up your
Disneyland app and checking in the “Tickets and Passes” section. You’ll find your expiration date underneath the bar code of your Magic Key. If you’re currently within your 30-day renewal window, then you can go ahead and navigate to
Disneyland.com/renew to begin the renewal process. You’ll be prompted to sign into your Disney account, and then you’ll be directed to the renewal page, which will say, “Renew Your Magic Key Pass” at the top of the page. There, you’ll see your Magic Key, along with any other Keys you’re linked to, that are within their renewal windows. As part of the renewal process, you’ll have the chance to upgrade or downgrade your Magic Key, subject to pass availability, which may change from time to time.
If, however, your Magic Key pass expired prior to August 18, 2022, then you’ll need to contact the Magic Key call center at 714-781-7277 by August 31, 2022 for assistance with renewing your pass, subject to availability. This is most likely the phone number that the article you mentioned was referring to.
