Hello, Patricia. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I, too, am an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World, Patricia. My renewal date is also quickly approaching and I was just researching the other day
how to renew it as well. Great minds think alike! Currently, to renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass, you have three options. You can
renew it online via your MyDisneyExperience account. You can renew it at any of the Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket windows or at Guest Relations at Disney Springs when you are there. You can also renew it over the phone by calling 407-WDW-PASS.
The renewal window for a Walt Disney World Annual Pass is 60 days prior or up to 30 days after the expiration date. If you are outside of that window, you will be not able to renew at this time. It is super important to keep an eye on your renewal date window because if you let your Annual Pass lapse past the 30-day window, you won't be able to purchase a new one at this time due to the sale of new Annual Passes being temporarily suspended. Keep in mind that renewing your Annual Pass at this time still does not automatically guarantee you access to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Because park capacity is still very limited, you will be required to also make
park pass reservations to visit the theme parks prior to your trip. As an Annual Passholder, you are able to make up to 3 park pass reservations, in advance without a stay at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. These are on a rolling system, so when you use one, you are able to secure another park pass reservation right away.
I absolutely love being an Annual Passholder and I'm sure you probably feel the same. I'm so glad you reached out about renewing your pass. If you have any other questions about the Annual Pass program or anything else, please feel free to come back and
ask me.
