    Does Remy still appear at Les Chef de France? Made a reservation there, but wanted to make sure before we go. Thanks!

    Les Chef de France is such a fantastic restaurant.  My family has recently visited there in January, and I ordered the beef short ribs braised in Cabernet with pasta, onion, and mushrooms.  Let me tell you, Sara, that was amazing.  You must order it as it will change your world!  We were able to see Remy on our visit.  We were all amazed as he "talked" with us.  This little Chef was so cute!  He visits Le Chef de France Monday through Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50, and 5:20 pm.  Be sure to make your Advanced Dining Reservations around these times as he will visit your table!  I hope your vacation is a magical one!  Please send me a follow up question if I can help you again.
