    How do I remove the watermark from my photo pass photos? I activated my memory maker.

    Hello Tammy! Welcome to planDisney! We are truly honored to have you with us, and we appreciate you trusting us with your important question. It sounds like you had a blast and captured some unforgettable memories during your trip! I think you made a fantastic choice with the Memory Maker service to cherish those high-definition photos and attraction videos forever.

    If you’ve confirmed that your Memory Maker is linked to your My Disney Experience account, or if you purchased it while logged in, you’re all set! Just head to “My Photos” on the My Disney Experience website or app, and you can download your photos. The watermark will be automatically removed after you download your first media file and activate your Memory Maker. If you're finding that this isn’t happening, here are a couple of helpful notes: First, only the person who purchased the package can download the photos from the entire trip and family through their account. While family members can add photos and videos, only the purchaser has the ability to download them without the watermark.

    It's also important to keep in mind: If you purchased Memory Maker at the advance price, any photos taken within 3 days prior to the purchase date are not included and will need to be purchased separately. Additionally, be sure to download all your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos before they expire, which is 45 days from the date they are taken. Once they expire, they can't be purchased or downloaded anymore.

    If you’ve checked everything and are still having trouble, the best thing to do is reach out to Disney World directly. You can call or email them so they can access your account and help you resolve any issues you might be having. You can also chat with a Cast Member using their website or app (I personally find the app a great way to start a chat) if you're on the go, and they will work their pixie dust to help you out!
